I have been using the Logitech Brio 4K Webcam when I make my advertising videos. I don't actually use it at 4k though because it only gets 30FPS at 4k. At 1080p it gets 60FPS, and because the sensor is designed for 4k, you can do up to 2x zoom in the driver options without losing resolution. The zoom is important so you can narrow the field of view to the area you want to work with. Most cameras have too wide of a field of view so the quality suffers, so having flexibility helps a lot. It is pretty expensive, but it really is good.
I was using this one early on in the development process before I had the Brio. It is pretty decent for the price (around $70). The field of view is manageable. It can get 60FPS at 1080p, but it doesn't really have driver level zoom, so you are stuck using my overscan options to frame this in.
This thing is very impressive to me. The bulb it comes with is crazy overkill. I switched in a 3000 lumen bulb and it is still super bright, but the diffuser works decently well that it doesn't hurt my eyes. With this set up behind my computer screen, my cameras are willing to do 60FPS on auto. The tracking becomes pretty flawless even if I have my green screen down.
